2. What data we process and where it comes from

We only process the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form or by writing to us directly: name, email address, telephone number (optional) and the content of your message. The data comes solely from you. Name, email and message are necessary in order to reply to you; without them we cannot process your enquiry.

3. Purpose

To answer your enquiries and to prepare quotes for photographic services and prints. Your message is stored in the website's database and generates a notification email to the photographer.

4. Legal basis

The processing is based on the application of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when you send the form. Sending the form does not subscribe you to any commercial communications.

5. Retention period

We keep your data for the time needed to deal with your enquiry and, at most, for one year from the last communication if no order is placed. If a commercial relationship is formalised, the related data is kept for the legally applicable limitation periods (up to 5 years, Article 1964 of the Spanish Civil Code; tax and accounting periods of 4 and 6 years respectively). After that, the data is deleted or blocked.

6. Recipients

Your data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. Our hosting and email providers act as data processors on our behalf, under the corresponding data processing agreement. No international data transfers outside the European Economic Area are carried out.

7. Automated decisions

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out with your data.

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to yoilanphoto@gmail.com, proving your identity. If you consider that the processing infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es); residents of other Member States may address their own supervisory authority.

9. Security

We apply the appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access to the administration panel and backups).
